Cedaredge Rotary Club announced the March Student of the Month at the March 12 meeting at Creekside Café. Sean Dale received the honor and was introduced by his wrestling coach and Physical Education teacher Cutter Garrison.

"Sean is a dedicated hard-working student who excels in athletics and in academics. He is a two-sport achiever in wrestling and baseball. As a sophomore he was a member of the Cedaredge State Championship wrestling team in 2018."
Sean shared that his favorite sports were fishing (including ice fishing) and hunting. He would like to play baseball in college and is looking at Colorado State University. As a junior he is still deciding if he would like to study forestry, culinary arts or something medical. He passed the Advanced Placement test in Human Geography and also the ACCUPLACER that makes him eligible to take courses at Western Colorado University. As a member of National Honor Society, Sean and his fellow NHS members offer snow shoveling services and Sean said that they have been getting lots of calls this year.
